The Department of Home Affair's office in Hong Kong can provide information and support arrangements to facilitate incentive and study group tours.
Tour organisers are encouraged to email [email protected] at least four weeks ahead of the intended departure date with the following information:
- Institution/s supporting the tour
- Intended travel dates
- A list of participants (including their full name, date of birth, nationality and passport number)
- Key contact person
